Six Ops categories · Twelve tracks
The full map
Every track is open for the Winter 2026 cohort. Interns are not locked to their track — the categories overlap heavily, and people move.
Consciousness defense and applied psionics. The focus of this cohort.
Psionic-field practitioner.
Remote sensing, shielding, and psi discipline as daily practice. You also work the narrative side — reading coordinated manipulation patterns in live feeds and writing up what you find.
Apply for this track →Instrumentation and applied theory for the psi field.
Measurement, tooling, and technical method. You build and stress the instruments the other psi work depends on, and you will be shaping tooling that does not fully exist yet.
Apply for this track →OSINT tradecraft and network defense. Our stack needs operators putting real weight on it.
OSINT tradecraft and case-building.
Open-source research on live cases: gather, verify, and package intelligence into reports that hold up. You will run real casework through our tooling and tell us where the tooling gets in your way.
Apply for this track →Digital fortress defense.
Threat analysis, forensics, and intrusion response — pointed at our own stack first. You probe what we have built, document what breaks, and help close it. Adversarial thinking is the job.
Apply for this track →Defense against psychological and biochemical attack.
Psychological-operations defense.
Disinformation, narrative manipulation, coordinated targeting — recognising it, mapping it, and building resilience against it.
Apply for this track →Biochemical and environmental threat defense.
Exposure awareness, protective protocol, and physiological resilience.
Apply for this track →Secure communications and intelligence dissemination.
Secure-communications specialist.
Comms discipline and safely handling inbound contact, including from people who need protecting.
Apply for this track →Intelligence-dissemination specialist.
Verify, synthesize, and publish findings without burning the source they came from.
Apply for this track →Physical-presence specialization — front-line response and ground security.
First responder and extraction specialist.
Field triage, hazard navigation, and civilian protection.
Apply for this track →Close-quarters security lead.
Martial discipline, field conditioning, and tactical planning.
Apply for this track →Hardware fabrication and portable systems.
Wearable and embedded-technology specialist.
Personal-hardware fabrication, integration, and field-maintainable tech.
Apply for this track →Hardware-hacking and portable-systems specialist.
